At DMM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items and the packing slip into the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
